
Overview
Dr. Evan Kaplan has been an assistant clinical professor at the University Eye Center since 1991, where he also received both his Doctor of Optometry degree and Masters of Science degree in Vision Science. He is on the attending staff at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary where he serves as the director of contact lens services.Dr. Kaplan also is a partner in a private group practice in the Bronx.
